Insight Healing
Insight Healing is a powerful yet gentle form of energy healing that combines Reiki, intuitive channelling, deep presence through massage/safe physical touch (if required or preferred) and nervous system awareness. Sessions are currently available in Hastings, London's Light Centres Marylebone/Belgravia and CBD Brothers Therapy rooms in Bury St. Edmunds.
If you're noticing a pattern that keeps cropping up in your life, including your relationships with self, others, money and health - for example self sabotage, loss of direction or sensing a deeper emotional cause to an illness or injury - then insight healing could be just what you need.
It works effectively at clearing 'blocks', sensing deep karmic patterns often responsible for psychic intrusions, cording, and any trapped energies, often sensing strong emotions of past life and ancestral memories, traumas and dormant gifts and skills as well. I work effectively with survivors of narcissistic abuse, understanding how codependent and traumatic relationships need insight and release from all layers of existence.
It restores feelings of coherence and balance in the body and emotional embodied insight. Clients often feel as if a 'weight' has been lifted from them they were not fully and cognitively aware of which in turn impacts their unconscious core belief patterns. There is no 'reliving' of trauma (although you may sense something shifting within) and if you don't believe in past lives or reincarnation that's fine too.
The healing is guided by your own higher self and Source Creator. I am simply the channel who allows this healing process to come through and holds a safe sacred space for it to commence.
I help you physically and psychically 'arrive' on the table, intuitively grounding your energy using various techniques and sensitively attuning to the nervous system - empowering my clients with a profound memory-form of true rest and release.
Sessions can last up to two hours so I can effectively 'close' the psychic space and make sure you are fully grounded in your body before you leave. I often use palm reading during sessions for additional insight as well.
The long term effects I see in my clients are a strengthening of life purpose through release of long held 'blocks;, increased intuitive and instinctive abilities and an overall improvement in health, hope and well being. Short term effects can be instant healing of previously intransigent mental, emotional and physical health issues.

Swedish Holistic & Deep Tissue Massage
Massage Therapy is an ancient tool for health and relaxation and as a holistic treatment was recorded in use over 5,000 years ago.
Its many benefits include reduced stress, fatigue and tension in the body, improved muscle tone and flexibility, immunity and circulation, plus increased quality of sleep, digestion and mood.

Swedish Holistic Massage combines the long gliding strokes of effleurage with kneading, friction, tapotement and vibration to both stimulate and release the muscles, joints and overall soothe the body.
Intuitively using varied degrees of pressure and a combination of the above techniques I help my clients reach a state of blissful embodied calm. By empathically sensing what you need in the moment I attune to the areas of the body that need more pressure and release whilst keeping my focus on maintaining a holistic whole body approach.
Deep Tissue Massage takes this further by connecting with the underlying connective tissue and 'trigger points', tight knots of muscle that require a stronger sustained approach to release long held patterns of postural and often emotional tension.
I can and often do blend the above for the simple reason that this is what my client may need.
Intuitive Card Readings
Divination techniques such as tarot and palm reading have long been used by oracles and psychics to help people stay true to their path and receive deeper soul guidance (I wouldn't be writing this without it!).
